So this is an old sighting...but if anybody on here has ever worked at Ryan's, this is my sincerest apologies for never being able to stop these idiots.
As I've said in other posts, I used to work summers at a Boy Scout camp. We'd get one evening off (4pm to 1am technically but the rule really was as long as you made it back for 7:20 line up, you're good) and then Sat. noon to Sun. noon. Most of us stuck together and would head out and do things. Like find real food.
One of the easiest places to go was Ryan's. And while the group I hung out with was a consistent five, occasionally we'd also join up with other groups. So there'd be anywhere from a dozen to 20 of us eating.
This is where my sighting comes in.
Some of the guys would inevitably start mixing things up in glasses, daring others to eat it. Then after making a mess of the glasses, they'd load a dinner plate full of desserts, including ice cream, and then eat only a little, letting the rest melt.
The worst part was then, when we're leaving, they'd hide the tips! Like start stacking cups together, and stick a couple of dollars between cups. Or digging a hole in the melting ice cream and put money there. Then when I got mad and said they shouldn't do that, they'd merely say that it was to make the waiter work for it.
So...my sincerest apologies to anybody who ever had that done to them, my group or not. I tried to fix it...but I usually wasn't driving either. >.<
