There was a card/notions store in the local mall that would alternate between "GOING OUT OF BUSINESS" and then "We're notGOING OUT OF BUSINESS!!!" signs every other month. Drove me nuts.
The large print giveth, and the small print taketh away.
Pfft stores everywhere do that here for Boxing Day, which is why I never bother going out for the "sales".
End of season sales are a million times better and there asren't hoards of people fighting tooth and nail over stuff.
