That sick bitch! It kinda has to, or else any killer or rapist wouldn't be able to trust their lawyer. "Yeah, this is what happened." "Right, I quit. *dials police*"Quoth Nyoibo View PostAttourney client privelage extends past just while they're hired I think.

One of these things isn't like the other, one of these things just doesn't belong, can you tell me which one before I finish this song.
If I dropped everybody who occasionally said something stupid from my list of potential partners, I wouldn’t even be able to masturbate

Actually this is biologically correct. Now obviously I do NOT condone adults having sex with minors in any fashion. We have to remember that there was a time in the past when this was mostly true and girls were getting married as young as 14 years because the average lifespan was only like 35 years in those times and there are cultures today that still practice this. Its quite a crude way of putting it but facts are facts. Again, I do NOT condone underage sex with minors at all so please do not take it that way. Thanks!Quoth Dytchdoctir View Post

Pretty sure the attorney client privilege applies to anything said while the client is a client. Say it before you take on the lawyer and risk going down. Say it after they've fired your client ass, and risk going down. But whatever was said at any point while you were still a client, is privileged. So the attorney in this case would never be able to use it.
However, if he said something like "You're fired as a client. Now, why did you have sex with your daughter and this man?" and she actually answered, perhaps THAT could be used as evidence against her, as the person to which she said that answer was clearly not her attorney.
