you know, I've before gotten my neighbors mail (and they occasionally mine)... but normally it's been something understandable, like it's the neighbor next to me and the mail just missed the slot, or the sender forgot to right the unit number on the address and the mail carrier made her best guess... but never anyting so blatantly lazy or wrong. Though the mail carrier has before caught me at the box and asked if I wouldn't mind running the mail up to Annaka, the retired lady on the 3rd floor who has difficulty with stairs because she's behind schedule and doesn't really have the time to go up to the third floor to deliver it to her door rather than her box... and I have no problem doing it... she's the same lady who's delivered for the last 2 and a half years and has NEVER lost anything being delivered to the complex and will even deliver out of order if she sees someone waiting near a mailbox... if she asks for a small favor I'll give it... the OP was dealing with plain and simple laziness though... that I won't assist.
