I play online quite a bit, and it irritates me when some fucktrumpet goes out of their way to pick on the girls. I'm all for more ladies playing games, and hope you'll forget that dope.

Huh. I've never noticed anyone staring at me, but then again I game with guys who are used to gaming with girls, and when I go to a store I'm usually with them, and they're big and scary.

Guy in a comic booth at a show refused to help my sister. She was interested in buying a collectable and fairly pricey comic. She asked him the price and he sneered, "You don't want to know." Then turned back to the 12 year old he was trying to impress with his knowledge of superheros. This sad loser was at least 35 years old. He didn't make that sale, needless to say. Pathetic. He's never gonna make the big bucks and be able to move out of his mom's basement with that kind of salesmanship.


PS:I think you are attractive, Nurian. I dunno hot, I'd have to see more than one pic to figure that out. But you have a sweet look with intense eyes, and that is very intriguing.

"Hot" can be nice, but you get more mileage out of "interesting".

What a moron and a prick! Not only am I female, but I consider myself a geek, too! I've been playing video games since I was just a kid, and still love them today. I prefer RPGs to the shoot-em-ups that seem to be popular, though (no offense to those who like shoot-em-ups).

Fortunately, the workers at the local GameStop know and respect me, as I'm a frequent customer. Some even know me by name. While buying a game, I like to chat with the folks behind the counter about games.

I've been a gamer since 92 or so. I moderated Caster's realm for any old EQ1 players, know SkatrGnome personally, bete tested every game from EQ1 to Warhammer. I don't play much anymore as it lost its luster for me and I spend my free time fishing in the summer and I'm about to move to one of the most remote parts of Montana in three weeks.

Known plenty of "hot" gamer girls.

The other half never told me if she got any looks when she went into Gamestop to get me Neverwinter Nights 2 expansion or Dawn of War II. But yeah luckily I have played with a lot of girls online and have never really experienced guys treated gamer girls like crap. I actually game with a couple girls on Left 4 Dead that are on my friends list and I see nothing wrong with that.

To sum it up, that guy is a moron who needs a clue that gamer girls are epic.
