Contractor suck

Next to the building where I work there is a detached garage. The ground which the building and garage sit is soft and slowly making both sink. Currently the garage is being worked on.

I, along with another co worker just witnessed one of the workers on the top level of the garage dump a whole wheelbarrel full of concrete debris over the side of the garage wall and a plume of dust rise up.

Another co worker just walked in covered in dust. She and two others were taking a smoke break and the guy who had dumped the debris did it right next to the smoking area on the lower level of the parking garage.

Idiots. And I get to call the management company to let them know. Fun.

Also proof that morons dropping a wheelbarrow load of Concrete chunks next to you is unhealthy, especially if they 'miss'.

Today we watched as the guy who had dumped the debris go down and pick it all up. When I was watching on my lunch break, he made about 6 trips. So it's anyone guess as to how much was down there.

they're doing something similar at my college, tearing apart a couple classrooms on the second floor in one of the buildings... but they had the sense to park a giant dumpster right under the window.
