wow. Dumb salespeople who think they know it all.
My dad owns his own store/businesss and I worked there for a number of years, ran it for a few. And had my share of idiotic customers and dumb orders.
but, even if i'd offer advice on what i thought a customer should do, if they were firm about something they wanted i got it in THEIR OWN writing (we kept an order book w/orders, contact info etc. to keep track of well.. our customers orders) and did their order exactly how they wanted it so that way if something was not to their liking it was THEIR fault and I could show it to them.
