Wasn't sure exactly where to post this...
Anyone hear about the Best Buy fiasco on their website? Apparently they accidentally posted a 52" TV on sale for $9.99. They have since fixed it but many people placed an order for several TVs when it was that price.
How many of those will push the issue to get the TVs for the advertised price? And do they have a leg to stand on?
Personally I see this as a genuine case of false advertising, and though BB can try to talk sense into the customers, I think that those that really want to push the issue might actually be able to get away with it. It's not so much as the wrong tag in front of the item in the store. The SKU matches the price advertised for that brief period of time it was up.
