For those who wonder about how these people get your addresses and phone numbers when trying to get ahold of people who you may or may not be related to: Credit bureau information.

Everybody should get their credit reports from every single bureau that reports on it every 5 years or so to ensure that everything is accurate. Because if you don't get it corrected on all of them, then they'll cross-contaminate each other and re-propogate bad info.
