At a Subway, the smaller size would be the 6" (or 15cm) subs. I always buy the 12" (30cm) ones, and still want more...

They have actual kid's meals, though, which are smaller still. They're just small round buns with meat and cheese and veggies of your choice, and I assume they come with chips and a drink if you get a meal.

The Subway here actually has 'mini' subs instead of the round ones now. They are really little though. All they do is cut about 3 inches off of a footlong piece of bread and there's the mini sub. Its cheaper to get a 6 inch sub for my son and cut it in half, then he has one for later... but he doesn't get the toy.

She's also a 5' tall lady who raised 7 3 kids while her husband was often away doing classified military stuff, earned the nickname of "Shotgun" when Mom I was a teen for supposedly chasing trespassers off her property one day (that story is true...), and in general did NOT put up with crap like that from people. She'd've insisted on making a formal complaint unless someone could come up with a very good reason (like being out of said meals), then gone somewhere else to order a kids meal from THEM, and probably never eaten at the original place again.

          Sounds like quite a dame!
Sounds like my mom! Except that she'd just get a regular meal, take it home, cut it in two, and save half for later.
Everything will be ok in the end. If it's not ok, it's not the end.
