So the BF and I had to bring our car in to have his remote fixed and another one programmed the other day. We were told it wouldn't be too long and that they'd call my BF's cell once it was done. So we go over to the mall across from the dealership and get some breakfast, we're gone about 30-45 minutes maybe a bit longer, then we go back over and see that the car hasn't moved from where we parked it yet. So we wait another 15 min and then my BF calls them, and they say that the car has been done already, they hadn't called like they said they would. So we go and get the keys back and such then go off to do a bit of shopping. About half an hour later we get a call from the dealership...telling us our car was ready to be picked up. 
It's not a huge dealership either, so you'd think there would be some form of communication between departments. ACK!
