Witnessed yesterday while at a subway stop:
I'm sitting on the bench on the far left end, waiting for the train. On the right side of the bench is a trash can. Further right is a family with young kids. There's a cleaning guy sweeping to the left of me.
Parents are changing the toddler who looks to be maybe 4. In public. In front of several people. Okay, you know if this was a tiny baby or obviously explosive diarhea or something, I could understand, but it seriously looked like it could wait and the kid wasn't even upset about it or anything.
When they were done, they walked PAST the trash can - they literally had to walk around it so they definitely saw it - and looked at me and the cleaning guy and then chuck the dirty diaper under the bench. They walked onto the train as it pulled up before anyone could say anything to them.
What is wrong with people? Acting like a chimp just flinging feces around.. ugh.
