    Well, the smokers wandered off.

    But the cops stopped by.

I now have a nice shiny new number to call. For the local Drug Unit (Narcotics Task Force).

    Mwuahahahahahahaha.

It's a direct number. Next time they start blazing, I call and get their asses busted.

I'd be pissed if it were pot, too.

My old neighbors used to leave their windows open all year round and you could always smell pot permeating out the windows.

I'd be pissed... because I'm allergic to pot.

        Highly allergic.

Throat closes up and I die type of allergic.

        ...

Found that out at a concert. *sighs*

i hate this too. not pot, cos no one around my apartment complex smokes pot but someone smokes regular cigarettes. sometimes if i'm sitting on my couch by the window i can smell it. and that pretty much annoys the hell out of me. i don't care what someone else does with their lungs but... i'm at home. i shouldn't HAVE to smell it inside my own apartment. usually i shove my fan into the window, facing out, and put it on high until the smell's gone
Me too. Almost the exact same situation.

            Ugh I hate that!
I have neighbours either side of my house who smoke outside... in summer it comes wafting in through several windows

At least the pot smokers 3 doors down have moved... dunno how much they smoked but it still smelled rather strong when it had wafted up the road & in through my letterbox

As an ex-pothead, my idea of HEAVEN is walking through (or being exposed to) second-hand pot smoke.

I kid, I kid. Seriously, I do still love the smell of it, but I know most people don't and I think it's rude as all hell to expose people to it.

So what is a person like me supposed to do, in smoking prohibited apartments, so that means I have to smoke outside, but I have a neighbor who refuses to get an air conditioner because he only likes "natural" air, yet he bitches and whines that smoke wafts into his windows?
I'd missed this when I made my comments about smoke traveling in through windows. I'd just like to further add that you seem to care about your surroundings where you smoke... my neighbours don't, they'll even come up to the adjoining fence talk to me while exhaling into my face & many a time I go for a bus & I'm surrounded by them! But its their choice to smoke so all I can really do is shut the nearest windows & boil or hope they're not going to be long

I guess its Karma, I used to smoke... but not in peoples faces. I gave them up in a way that the very thought of the taste of a cig makes me nauseous.. and of course part of smelling smoke is the taste that gets into your mouth sometimes.....
