Stupid family at animal shelter

The shelters the RSPCA is building these days (when they can afford it) are more 'rooms' than 'cages', and the animals that can get on together share rooms.

The shelter, where I got Sally and Baxter, has rooms like that too. They'll have about a dozen or so 'socialized' cats in the rooms, and the rest are in cages. But, the cages are set up...so that there's no way an idiot can put their finger in.
