  • Ew, no, you can't have your picture taken today (Ever so slightly NSFW)

Background: I worked for a school portrait company. We go to your school (K-12), take your picture, and if you want you can get a pretty picture package. We also do ID photos with the same pics. If your school has us do the ID's, you had better get your picture taken.

This is at a very large school, we have 8 cameras set up. This town is such good business for us that we give every single student a free picture package. I'm at the station next to my Awesome Co-Worker, caught 1/2 the conversation, but couldn't see what happened, was filled in later.

    CW: Awesome Co-Worker
    SC: Horny High Schooler.

CW takes SC's paperwork, directs him to where he needs to stand, and scans his info.
Just when she's about to start telling him how to pose, she notices what he's doing. It's not uncommon to have immature students make a stupid face or try to do some silly pose, but this kid (a junior is HS) has his hands in his pockets and is clearly playing with himself through his pants while making googly eyes at who we assume was his girlfriend who was next in line (she was acting like it was the sexiest act she had ever seen).

CW: *still behind the camera* Hey, SC (their name is on their info)
    SC: *continues his show*
CW *stepping up to the kid* Get out.
    SC: *finally stops* What?
CW: Get out of my line.
SC: But I neeeeeeed my IDEEEEEEEEEE
CW: You should have thought of that before you started playing with yourself in front of my camera
    SC: But-
CW: You're not getting your picture taken today.
    SC: Bu-
CW: We'll be back in a couple months for retake day, you can have it done then. *CW shoos him off and takes the next in line*

CW spread the story to the rest of us during a little break, including our contact with the school, who got his name and was happy with how CW handled the situation.
Best part is the kid didn't even TRY to go to any of the other seven cameras.
    It makes sense.

Oh wow...This kid has an illustrious life ahead of him, I can tell. Amazing....And disturbing. Glad your CW spread the word though! Hopefully his parents got word, too?

wait so this kid was 12 at the most and was playing with himself in the school?

      He must have serious issues.

He was a junior, so he more more like 16 or 17, which is still ridiculous.

It doesn't say he was in junior high school. He was a junior in high school so he was 16-17. Creepy to say the least.

I hope his parents heard about it, I wasn't on the team that went back for retakes, so I don't know if he showed up.
And yes, he was junior is high school, and no, he had no mental disorders or serious issues of the sort, just a horny teenager. He was acting like he was really trying to impress that girl, which apparently he was.
            It makes sense.

Frankly, I'm more concerned with what that says about her

No, just immature. He knows it is unacceptable behavior, but his need to show what a stud he is to the girl he likes overrides his common sense.

As far as what it says for the girl, why . . . it says the same thing. How it is interpreted is another matter.

At that age, if you're a guy and you act that way you're a stud.

                A girl, and you're a slut.

Exactly...that kind of behavior never impressed me...I always found it stupid.

Ah. "K-12," at least Stateside, references Kindergarten through 12th grade (senior year of high school, age 17-18).
