While I was visiting my cousin I walked into a store robbery. Guy had no disguise, and when he left walked right next store and into a motel room. So we stayed for the police. A female officer (about 5'5" .. very..petite) and a big male officer arrive (I had to look up at the guy and I am 6' tall) arrive. We point to the motel door the crook walked into.

They go over..the big male officer is shaking..as if he is nervous/afraid..and stands behind the little female officer. She knocks..the guy answers and she makes the "GET OUT HERE NOW" hand motion (I imagine she also said this, but we were not close enough to hear). The whole time from beginning to end of this the big male officer is hiding behind the female officer mind. The crook walks out, she slaps the cuffs on him, and they took him away. If the crook was not wanting to be caught..I have NO clue what he was thinking.

if this does not make one of those 'Worlds Dumbest' things, however, I will be sort of disappointed..who in the world not only robs a store in broad daylight with no disguise..but one that you live right next to?

The same people who wear those sneakers with the little red lights in the soles....that makes it easy for the cops to follow you in the dark...

Or the same ones who run off through fresh snow, leaving a nice, neat trail of footprints to follow...

Or...my favorite....the guy who took a taxi home from his store robbery...and yes, the cab driver simply dropped him off and then called the cops.

Just because he's a big guy doesn't mean he's not a rookie or has had a scare recently. Thumbs up for for crooks making it easy for the cops though!

Heh, my mother is about 5'6" 115 lbs. I've seen a 6'8" cowering in fear as she read him the riot act. It is not the size of the person in the fight, but the size of the fight in the person. Of course, I know about 12 grown men that would stand in line to tear apart whoever tried to hurt her also..so that might have a little to do with it also.
