my sister's new neighbour is a psycho.

the porch is closed off. there is a door, then the small poorch and then the doors to the apartments.

she was already thinking of moving next year when starts at niagara college so it just became a lot more likely.

My friend use to have someone like that too. Only she was rooming with her unfortunutly. Whenever I sent my friend letters (she lives in Colorado) would take them open them and read them before my friend got a chance to. (thats how she found out that I had an orange cat named Rusty) we use to share stuff back and forth. Well one time I wrote on the bottom of the letter that this is a letter directed to my friend and is NOBODY'S business. Well this rude woman got pissed and told my friend that i "better shut my fucking mouth and not say shit like that again or she'd kick my ass if i came down ther." I wrote a letter back to my friend saying that "The fucking hippo woman better stop reading my letters...yes Im talking to YOU you skank!!" The woman read my freinds letter again and according to my friend HAD THE BIGGEST BITCH FIT!! and wanted to kick my ass! My friend finally got tired of it and reported her to the cops. She was arrested for reading mail not hers. and was even found out for concealing settlement checks her husband had gotten in the mail.

Your sister needs to document EVERYTHING this psycho bitch does and then turn it in to the landlord/proper authorities. Maybe she can get other neighbors to report her too. Good luck

Well there really hasn't been much until last night.

A little while of the letter thing two of my sister's neighbours commented on the psycho one called her a piece of work and wouldn't say anything further. The other had apparently been sitting on his porch when the neighbour came out and yelled "what are you looking at" at him for no reason.

Last night my sister messaged me on Facebook: "she stole the lightbulb from my lamp on the porch!!!!!!!!"


just wow, like I said to my sister, I guess the lights weren't all on upstairs.
