Me thinks that said employee had a little chat with a Pink Slip of Paper.

If not being fired then a counseling for sure.

I know I came close to one recently when I was checking a customer out. I didn't realize she had a final bill still but she said, "I still have to pay." Good thing she did cos if I'd let her walk without paying then I'd have been fired. I'm very grateful for her honesty.
