  • Are they pushing the holidays evern faster?

Just saw a display for Easter candy at the local Safeway. I am thinking that they found the display buried someplace. But still .

Let me guess: Cadbury eggs, right? They usually start coming out around New Year's.

You should ask them if it's for Easter 2012 or Easter 2013.

^Amen for that. Cadbury's could be put out year-round and they'd STILL sell.
Eh, one day I'll have something useful here. Until then, have a cookie or two.

Apparently there's a contest on the husband's side of the family to see who gets the first Cadbury eggs. I won last year when I grabbed a couple at 7-11 in late January.
              Random conversation:
Me: Okay..so I think I get why Zoro wears a bandana
              DDD: Cuz it's cool

So, by using the Doctor's reasoning, bow ties, fezzes and bandanas are cool.

That, and those white-chocolate covered Oreos, which I hear they have year-round in Europe. Bastards.

that means my favorite commercial might show up soon. The Cadbury bunny auditions, where all the animals make the "bawk bawk" noise...cracks me up every time!

Shouldn't the Valentine candy come first?

The Cadbury eggs here are in Christmas/winter packaging. The one you saw was purely Easter?

I noticed the other day that Hobby Lobby was condensing all the Christmas stuff and setting the Spring stuff. Which is surprising considering it's Hobby Lobby....

WANT! Then my mom and I can sit there on Christmas and make ourselves sick on them! And the caramel-filled ones.....Oh. My. I need time alone with those.

I love the mini-eggs, too. The solid chocolate ones.

It's never too early for those peanut butter eggs either. I don't know what it is about those but I like them better than the regular peanut butter cups...
