Yeah, dat one. The July long weekend was our nightmare weekend. Even if it was raining, scratch that, ESPECIALLY if it was raining. Hard to bbq in a downpour.

Good lord! Any pizza/wing place is going to be insanely busy on Superbowl Sunday. And run screaming if your home team is in the game. I worked at a pizza and wing joint in Buffalo for two of the years that the Bills made it to the game. Orders needed to be in by the previous Friday. No walk ins, no dine in service. We finally had time to breathe about half time.

Just for the heck of it, I asked my local favorite pizza joint how they did on Superbowl Sunday this year. 800 full sheet pizzas and 4000 wings, give or take. Not bad for only having two conveyor-belt ovens and no fryers...
