Oh I'm sure it wasn't the ringtone telling him who was calling. Caller ID is such a wonderful thing.

Maybe the person also knew it wouldn't be an important call. I'm on the phone all day at work, I don't get excited talking about useless stuff or hearing people bitch and whine when they call me.

Stopped by the Green Wall last night to pick up a refill on a prescription. While I'm waiting, I'm wandering the store to kill time when I over hear this sucky lady very loudly complaining to her kids, with great profanity that impressed even me, about how such and such a person wasn't picking up as she was trying repeatedly to call them.

My impression of the lady, from her too small tank top, loudly pink capris, and overhanging gut plus language that would make me blush was that so and so knew darned well who was calling and wouldn't have picked up no matter what the ring tone was!
