In Penske's defense, they did a better job of making up the snafu to us than U-Haul did to those other people we knew....

I've heard good things about Penske and Ryder. Not so with U-Haul. Too many stories of their trucks being in bad shape, and accidents because of that. Instead, my parents used a local firm when we moved my grandmother.
