You make them sound like KENDER

we had a kender in one of my AD&D groups. He was very much in character.

sounded a bit like Fred before Fred existed on youtube

There's a strange power which draws people to anything which is closed, locked, or otherwise not for them.
LOVE this! Can I steal it for my sig?

There are a lot of businesses in my home town that don't actually post their hours of operation. So a lot of the people in my town get very used to pulling on doors and peering into windows, and banging. Since we really have no G.D. clue if a certain store is open or closed.

So I imagine that when everyone leaves there they get very used to doing this.

I admit I was a door puller once recently.

I showed up at my local gaming store for the recent Magic release events. Got there early (around 10PM) and pulled the door... locked. Puzzled, looked inside, could see Lee inside and pulled the door again; still locked (to be fair the door can stick occasionally). Lee flashed me a hold on signal, so I stepped away and made a phone call while waiting.

Turned out the main guy (Jay) was running late that day, and with the snow and stuff we had been getting, Lee had locked the door during a quiet moment to mop up the floors.

It was really strange though, since I was the first person there; normally we'd have a few people there by that time. (All told we got 11 for the release events).

Oh and the store does normally open at 10, so I was within hours.
