it depends on the state. Not really; I work in telecom, and they aren't breaking any laws. Just being annoying when you try and do something they don't want you to do. I was able to cancel, without too much fuss. Kind of like when you go to activate a credit card, and they keep asking if you want this protection, or that add on, and so on.Quoth Kristev View PostThe FCC would be very interested in all this.
I was more amused than anything else, since he was acting like I had no clue, when in fact, I had already made the switch, and was perfectly happy with teh service!
