They Don't Know How To Do It

I went to the a certain fast food joint for a Big Mac. I don't eat fast food normally, but I got 3 dollars worth of certificates from work that I won from being a good employee. Well, the one I went to, they didn't know how to put the certificates in, so now they are 3 dollars short in their drawer. Sad thing was it was two managers that was trying to figure it out.

I feel for you. Back in February, my MIL sent us a bunch of the McD's valentines, which are coupons for free small items. They expired yesterday, so the past two or so months were spent trying to use them up. Every McD's we've been to, the cashier stares dumbly at the coupons for a while before calling over a manager because they have no clue how to run the coupons. Apparently my MIL is the only person in existence who picked them up.
