Sighting: This was told by a friend of mine, she works for a company that takes orders that take a few weeks to be carried out. Every end of the week there's an automatic system that kicks in sending a confirmation of a client's order to their emailaddress with all info (what kind of order, due date...).
Customer received the confirmation email her order was placed.
Customer emailed company confirming the confirmation of the order is correct.
Customer calls the company asking for a confirmation of her mail that confirms the confirmation.
