    Then they grow up, and, guess what? they eat a lot. And they leave giant turds in the yard. And their heads are level with the kitchen counters, so they tend to grab things. Their tails whack things off desks and shelves, and when they play indoors, they run into things/people a lot.
    *sniffles* damn, I miss our German Shepherd. RIP, Shadow Although he was very considerate; he was very aware of his size & weight, & even on the very rare occasions where he put his paws on your shoulders to lick your face, he always kept 99% of his weight on his back legs.

      The Demon Twins fell on their paws with us as their Humans. But while Sam would have always been a loveable cuddly rotty, Max could very easily have been a problem pup who would have become a problem dog. And at only 1 year old, they easily have their paws on my shoulders when they stretch up.
