Yeah, I'll just let my email to their guest relations speak for itself.
My advice regarding store number 7623, 85 Damante Ranch Pkwy in Reno is to ask for the GM's resignation. Tonight I went in and ordered a jalepeno burger combo, a teriyaki burger combo (both with chili cheese fries) and a famous star. Despite there only being one person in the dining room ahead of me and two people in the drive through it took over 20 minutes for the order to come out and even then they got my order wrong (gave me a jalepeno turkey instead of the burger and didn't give me both chili cheese fries). Also, after 15 minutes they brought my sandwiches out and said "so you can started while you wait", I was picking up a meal for my family, why would I want to eat before I get home? All this accomplished was for my sandwiches to get cold while I waited. This is the second time I've had this happen at this location, and frankly, I won't be back until I see a copy of the manager's resignation, because clearly she can't run the restaurant. I used to work at that location back in 2003, and had a guest had that experience on my shift, I would have known not to show up to work the next day because Pat would have fired me, it is a tragedy that the location has gone downhill so much since then.
