Just checked (pre-packaged net bag, not bulk). The label says "Sunkist Moro blood oranges product of U.S.A.". You might try contacting Sunkist and ask them which grocery store chains in your area are buying this product from them.

If you like mandarin oranges, check out the Sumo oranges that Mrs. IA found recently. They are easy to peel and are very tasty.

I haven't been able to actually find them in the store. Maybe I no look hard enough.
