This all happened while I was driving the parking lots during my shift.
I come to one of the 3-way intersections. The road going through has stop signs, the road coming in has right of way. I pull-up to my stop sign as the car opposite me is clear to go. I then wait for oncoming traffic and see a car opposite me pull-up to their stop sign in the straight lane. My turn comes and I start to go. The car opposite me decides they're going to go too...and make a left-hand turn in front of me. I really laid on the horn and the guy finally saw me. He never even saw me (red truck, flashing light, so hard to see...)
An hour later, same stop sign. I pull to a stop with a big hummer that has been tailgating me right on my bumper (because the road has a 15mph speed limit and 20 wasn't good enough). I come to a stop, see it's clear, and proceed. Just as I start to move the hummer ROARS up on my bumper honking. It really startled me and I jerked-forward before almost stopping as they cut over the corner of the grass on my right and went around. Impatient much?
After that I'm going east along our 3-lane road. It's 1 lane and a turning lane east, 1 lane west. I'm in the turning lane when a car gets onto the road westbound DRIVING IN MY LANE!!! I honked and swerved back, then turned-around and followed the car to give her a warning. I watched her cut-off 3 cars as she made quick last-minute turns through the parking lot with no signaling. I finally caught-up with her and she was a very elderly lady. At least she admitted "I was a little over the line." ... A LITTLE!??! I didn't really have the heart to chew her out though.
Probably the worst day of driving I've ever had.
