They REALLY have a death wish!!!!!

I've drawn a "map" to explain the situation I see at repeatedly.

New Big Box Electronics store (Store 2) just opened up, along with a smallish liquor store (Store 1) a year ago. To get into the shopping area, if you are traveling south, there's a one way turn into the shopping center (as well as a one-way turn leading out) if you are traveling North, you have to stop, and make a left turn, and go into the entrance around the back (route A - blue) No big deal.

At LEAST 4 times a week, I see a Super Speshul Snowflake that simply can NOT take the extra minute to drive around the back to enter the shopping center, so they cut ACROSS two lanes of oncoming traffic to enter the one-way entrance -and occasionally even the EXIT!- (route B - red)

People started doing this the day the center opened, and as a result, they put up the yellow cement barricade between the opposing lanes, hoping that would stop idiots from entering the wrong way. Nope. In addition the two "red dots" are DO NOT ENTER" signs and the "blue dot" is an EXIT ONLY sign.

I've had to slam my brakes on so many times because I've seen idots come straight at me - they don't even check to see if there's oncoming traffic before they pull this maneuver!!

I've said to my friends that all a cop would have to do is park inside the parking area beside Store 2 and in 2 hours or so they'd have their ticket quota for the day.

I wonder how long it'll be before one of those idiots finds out the hard way that the oncoming traffic is a Peterbilt loaded with Darwin Awards.

I've seen that! And here I thought I was the only one. Yeah, all those indicators and those people are still looking to mash themselves into your grill.

It's a good thing the center didn't put in those spikes with the "Severe Tire Damage" warning signs, since people would back out of that exit lane without looking to see if there's cross traffic.

I saw something like that happen in the back parking lot for my local Trader Joe's, where someone turned the wrong way into the lane in front of the store. The only "Do Not Enter" sign is painted on the lane itself, with arrows. It's a good thing I walked there to get a couple of items, as had I been driving and had been in the one-way lane, I would have been annoyed. The only time I really drive to that store is if I'm already on my home from work and want to do some shopping. It's a block away from where I live, so I mostly walk.

I really wish I could say this surprises me, but I see it all the time. There's plaza near my office that's the same way and people routinely go in the exit, even though it's angled away from them.
