  • Bullying doesn't stay in school.

Just remembered this one after reading some of the archives.

Background - I ain't a dellicate boy. I'm six two, and god help the person who tries to shoulder-check me. Infact, I look perfect in an angry barbarian outfit
I'm also kinda a "solve this now" kinda guy. And I have oranguatan arms (as in long), my friends joke.

Was biking (mountain bike, pedal and all) in town, and came to a stop at the intersection. When I do this at controlled ones, especially when I'm using the turn lane I move into the middle, no sense trying to share a lane with the asshole's we get.

Oddly, I notice I'm moving. I look behind me and there is an ..... individual *can you feel the scorn and spite dripping off that? lol* who used to bully me at college, until he left the year previous to this incident - with a big sh!t eating grin on his face, nudging my bike foward with his car... towards the interesection.

Happily this was solved. Namely, when I wiped that grin off his face by slamming my fist down on his bonnet. Didn't leave a dent, sadly... I didn't try hard enough.... Did get to see his face. It was even better than

I am so glad I don't live in the town where I went to school.

The bullies I knew in school let themselves go. The people who thought they were hot shit back then aren't so pretty anymore...lol.

It's a real shame when the person whose car almost got kicked by steel-toes (for pulling into the crosswalk to wait for a gap so they can turn) manages to get a gap and leave before anything can happen. It does, however, ensure that the next car respects pedestrian right-of-way. *needs to get new green-patch boots*

I guess I'm lucky. Most of the people that bullied me in school are dead.
A few drug overdoses and one death by spouse. :-)

The only way that could have been better is if you had managed to hit the airbag trigger.

No, the only way it could've been better was if he'd been wearing rings so that there were nice, big scratches in that pratt's bonnet!

No the airbag trick is best - it gives him an instant Pavlovian feedback (very important to stop him doing it again), *and* the airbag costs a lot to replace (and is probably a prerequisite for the MOT or local equivalent).

If his vehicle's old enough, replacing triggered airbags can be enough to total it out.

Gotta love the bullies who don't realize that not everyone is going to put up with their crap. It's always awesome to see their reactions when people stop taking it.

Um, even better if the OP had filed "Attempted Murder" charges, especially since he seems to know the identity of the bully. At least, it can be considered "hit and run" since one vehicle impacted with another and neither driver exchanged contact info. AND "the driver in the rear is always at fault."

Hmmm....I wonder what a judge would make of this? "Your Honor, I was justified in pushing him on his bicycle into oncoming traffic. He hid his answers on his math test 3 years ago so that I couldn't copy them! I had every right to try to kill him 3 years later!"
I will not be pushed, stamped, filed, indexed, briefed, debriefed, or numbered. My life is my own. --#6

Unfortunately I've never seen a case with a driver not understanding that you can't harrass other vehicles just because they're bikes really get anywhere. At least not without injuries.
