Again with the idiot bike riders

Black man in black shirt and black pants on a dark-colored bike with absolutely zero lights or reflectors. I wish I had an air horn so I could give the guy a bit of a clue as to why the hell he shouldn't do that.

I had one of those (sans bike) meandering across the unlit entrance to my complex one night. The only thing that clued me in to his presence was the ever so faint speck of light from the end of a cigarette he was smoking.

That's the only time I can truly say that smoking saved a life, as I would have hit him otherwise.

Far too often I have noticed these wanderers only because something eclipsed the lights farther down the road. I'm sorry, but unless you are vampire-pale (ie highly reflective) or have a visible glow, cross at the damn lights!
