Road rage sighting from yesterday.

Two sucky drivers!

SD1 makes a last second right nearly getting hit by the oncoming cars who just got the green light. SD2, who I don't blame for being pissed and flipping him off, actually sped up, and taillgated SD1, nearly rear ending him. The last I saw was SD2 speeding up, continuing to either taligate dangerously close to SD1 or trying to pass him. Either way, SD2 was being a real A-hole and overreacting.

The scary thing is I get home and on yahoo I see that there was a road rage shooting in my state Luckly, that incident was on Monday, and it was non fatal, but still, pretty scart.

There was a road rage incident about a month or so ago around here.....and the last *serious* one before that resulted in a murder last winter/early spring.

The most recent one, a guy cut another guy off, so he started tailgating the guy who cut him off and followed him ALL the way home! Once the guy got home, he went inside and got his gun

Nothing happened of it except the police getting involved. No one was hurt and hopefully the local yokels around here learned a lesson in staying calm and not over-reacting and always thinking before you do something stupid.....and to maybe not cut other people off...

The more serious one from last year was around bar close (and with the amount of drunk drivers on the road at all hours in Wisconsin, this was just an accident brewing and it's amazing it doesn't happen more often!) and two vehicles both with drunk drivers and passengers were furiousl racing down one of the main drags *speed limit 45-50* and tailgating and following one another....it ended at a stop light where the driver of one car got stabbed and died.

a few weeks ago here in CT there was a news story about road rage. i forget exactly what happened but the 2 people involved kept on passing each other and stuff, and the guy in a pickup truck ended up running over the guy on a motorcycle...ouch

MD (yes, this is relevant) being a jackass - cuts off a cyclist and brakes hard. The first time he tried this was an uphill slope, so it didn't work very well, but then he tried it going down a hill. He then tried calling 911, explained that someone was going to try to call in because of this accident, and he was a doctor and they shouldn't believe that the guy was badly hurt.

Yes, he got convicted for these incidents.
