I witnessed a traffic stop on my way home a few days ago. The police officer was issuing a ticket of some kind (I don't know what the offense was) to a man in a car. I watched the ticket change hands. The driver was obviously unhappy with the situation, but he didn't appear to be argumentative.
What made me laugh was offender's license plate. It was a custom "vanity" plate.
It read: B CARFL
Perhaps it wasn't so much a personal motto as a warning to other drivers...
