Was waiting to cross a busy intersection today. Between this intersection and the next one, traffic tends to get backed up on the main drag. Cross traffic had a green light, but was stopped in the leftmost lane because there wasn't room to get through the intersection.
Impatient driver a few cars back starts honking. This, of course, produces no effect, so she gets into the right lane, drives around the cars that are patiently waiting outside of the intersection, drives into the intersection, and quickly changes back into the left lane, so she's hanging out in the intersection.
Soon, cross traffic has a red light and it's my turn. I have enough room to get around her, but oncoming traffic didn't. Most of them were turning right onto the main drag towards the backup, so they had to wait for traffic to clear anyways, but those turning left had to drive around her, and if anyone had wanted to go straight they would have been SOL.
