Evil Empyss and I are on our way home from Our Toys. I'm getting ready to change lanes so I can exit from the high way, when we both notice this grey Kia who can't make up his mind which lane to be in.
He drifts first into my lane, then the right lane several times.
EE: Honk at him, Pan
I do. No change.
EE: OMG! He's on his cell phone.
Me: I'm going to get closer and get his license plate. This guy is all over the road.
So I speed up a bit, and call out the license plate to EE, who writes it down.
Me: Jeez! He's texting! *note: texting while driving is illegal in North Carolina now*
So EE takes my cell and dials the Highway Patrol as I'm exiting the freeway. Unfortunately, we get the HP in another county, so they have to transfer us. We make the report, and they said they'd look for the guy.
I hope they catch him. But this is why I hate how 911 on the cell phone works. No matter where I am, I always get the wrong 911 operator and have to be transferred while the idiot gets away.
