Death wish? or drunk ?

This just happened on my way home from work. The street i'm on has a 40 mph speed limit. I'm approaching a cross street and I have the green light so I'm doing the speed limit.

When I'm about 30 feet from the intersection, a person driving a minivan who was stopped for their red light suddenly decides they want to run it and just pulls out right in front of me. Lucky for them I take care of my care and was able to stop without hitting them.

Of course they just drove away like they didn't do anything wrong.

Stupidity needs neither of these to be prevalent my good man. Well done on the avoiding tho!

That's a tough one. While I haven't encountered anyone knowingly and and willingly and purposefully blowing a red light lately, I have been encountering a LOT of people (day and night) who cut out in front of me at the last second from side streets/roads.
