I was driving a borrowed 1990 Plymouth Voyager for a while (and contrary to my expectations, driving a minivan with simulated wood-grain panels and handicapped license plates did not make me immune to speeding tickets) that would stall if the AC or the windshield defroster were on. Eventually, a mechanic friend of the family raised the base idle RPMs and the stalling stopped.
