Beeping at a school bus

For the first time in ages I'm working the front desk at the insurance brokerage, which affords me a pretty decent ground level view out to the street here.

Just a few moments ago, someone started laying on their horn and didn't let up for a full five seconds. I looked up and saw that traffic had been momentarily stopped by a school bus discharging a large number of students.

(Must be an early release day, since it's only 12:15 PM here).

I know getting stuck behind a school bus (or any bus, for that matter) can be annoying, especially if it makes multiple stops along your route, but it takes a special kind of asshole to lay on their horn over it.

Maybe they were trying to get the attention of a kid that was getting off the bus?
Or perhaps just an asshat :P
