Hit and ruin

A while back I was driving out of a shopping center parking lot when a nice, new pickup pulled out from a gas station suddenly. I slammed to a stop but he kept coming and even turned in my direction. He hit my driver side mirror leaving a scrape down the side of his truck about ten feet long. He then sped off. Hit and run. It cost me twenty dollars to repair the damages. It probably cost him in the hundreds to repair and repaint his truck. 2Sahn. This is the worst place to drive.

serves him right if his repairs cost him that much. he drove away from the scene of an accident.

you might want to file a police report anyway. chances are the gas station has video evidence of the vehicle, if not the accident entirely. they probably won't release it to you but they may work with the police perhaps

Wow. Glad you're ok, and the damage to your car wasn't too costly. Did you try asking at the gas station if they have surveillance cameras? Might not have gotten the accident itself, but maybe you could get a plate.
