In my neck of the woods, I can understand the pedestrians in the street. We don't have any sidewalks in this part of town, after all (middle-of-nowhere NY). What really bugs me are the people who insist on walking with traffic instead of against it, especially the ones walking their dogs on ridiculously long leashes such that the dog is almost on the center line of the road. Seriously, people. How can you see me coming if you're facing away from me?
And then, of course, there are the "absolutely must take up the entire width of the lane and then some because I'm having a conversation with my friends and can't be bothered to get out of the way of cars" people.
