  • This Lane Isn't Empty!

So, coming home from a trip the store, and I swear that everybody else on the roads are idiots.

As if to prove my point, I get off the freeway and am cruising along in the left lane when someone comes up on the right and decides he needs to get over because he's got to make a left turn up ahead.

There's one little problem with his plan, however. I'm in that lane already.

He starts drifting over and there's no way he possibly looked as he just passed me and I'm still next to him when he starts this maneuver. I, being the suspicious driver I am, spot his drift and hit the brakes, pulling to the left and holding the horn while waiting for him to realize that he needs to get the hell back over before he causes an accident.

Thankfully, he manages to get a clue prior to hitting me and pushing me into the center curb.

But I swear it was "drift over without looking" day. This guy was just the most egregious of the lot.

Were you in My Hometown? Because after two months here, I have concluded that if all the truly awful drivers were removed from the road, the bloody roads would be very nearly empty. Here it's primarily tailgating with a vengeance, as well as "What is this thing you call a speed limit???"

Something similar happened to me one morning driving home from my bf's house on the freeway.....but this retard made it all the way over and did not even move their head or seemingly react to the fact that they just scooted right over and nearly hit me.

That idiot must be everywhere as that almost happened to me this week.

Happened here as well, but as soon as I jammed on my horn the then swerved out into an OPPOSING LANE OF TRAFFIC. Holy crap I was terrified that a huge accident was going to happen.

It's so I can get ideas out of my head, I decided to put it in a blog in case people are bored or are curious as to the (many) things in progress.

I have had this happen more times than I care to think about. But only after I bought my Durango. It is a big honking suv. And it seems like everyone wants to hit it. I have been thinking about taking it back to the dealership and demand they remove the cloking device.
