on the opposite note, i work for a company that does secondary drug coverage. pharmacist called in, stated was getting a rejection. I told them to run it as a secondary. They proccess it, state they are still getting the rejection. I look at the claim, and its still a primary. I ask, did you get a paid claim on the primary?

pharm: im supposed to use their primary?
me: well, yeah, i did say use this card as a secondary
pharm: well yeah, but you didnt say run their primary!


how... do you use SECONDary without a primary?
