I work in a game store in a mall, it has no air conditioning so can get quite warm. Today it is muggy out so very warm in the store. A couple of customers have propped a chair in the side door to let through a breeze. The door is only open a few inches and there are still signs on the door that say "no exit".
Person comes through the store and straight out the side door then comes back in a minute later. I approach him and this is our converse:
Me: awesome game store manager
SC: random guy
Me: Sir, you cannot go through that door.
SC: The door was open, I can go through if I want.
Me: There are no exit signs on the door, you are not allowed to go through that door.
SC: What do you mean? You expect me to go around?
Me: *the main doors to the mall are a shorter distance to walk than going through our store* Yes, that is what I expect.
SC: Well, you just lost a customer. *stomps out*
Cant lose a customer that I never had to begin with.
