I am walking through the casino floor the other day, heading to clock out and go home when I get stopped by a guest (I was still in uniform).
SC: Hey, you! *waves me over*
(I COULD have kept walking, but our casino management is VERY hardcore when it comes to helping guests, so I bit the bullet)
Me: Hi, what can I help you with?
SC:You people have rigged this machine so I won't win anything!
(Technically we have rigged almost ALL the machines in the casino that way but I sense this guy is on about something different...)
Me: What do you mean?
SC: The machine was playing fine. It kept taking my money and taking my money and then that guy *points to slot tech* came and fiddled with it and now it's not paying out like it should be!
Me: Why do you think it should be paying out?
SC: Are you a moron or something? I was feeding this machine for 40 minutes, I KNOW it was about ready to pay out! I know that's how these machines work and I know that guy came over to make sure that didn't happen. I'm on to you people, I won't let you get away with this!
Me: Sir, calm down, why was the slot tech fiddling with the machine?
SC: Some message popped up on it, some loose panel or something. I called him over to fix it, but I saw him messing around with all kinds of stuff in there. I know you sent him over to rip me off!
Me: Sir, CALM DOWN. Slot techs do not rip people off, they simply service the machines and contrary to what you believe, slot payouts are random, there's no such thing as a machine that's "ready to pay out".
SC: Oh of course that's what all you people say, but I know you're lying. I know you have these things rigged. I know what's going on here!
Me: There is NOTHING going on here. If you are not having any luck at this machine may I suggest moving to a different one.
SC: I'm not going anywhere until I find out what you people did to this machine! I will not stand idly by and let you take my money!
Me: Ok sir, let's see if we can get to the bottom of this.
At this point I call over the aforementioned slot tech AND a floor supervisor to deal with this guest and quietly slip away once they arrive.
Found out later the guy continued to be a douchebag and eventually had to be escorted out by security, still ranting about how we were robbing him.
Oh and the problem with the machine? A slightly loose latch. A non-electrical item that in no way affects gameplay, just a plain metal latch.

: And you can't lose if you don't play as well.
