You've got those trading laws that prevent lingerers, right? Wish we had those over here. I'm sure they have their downside, but it'd still be good to close on time, every day. But over here in the USA, where the Customer is King and Always Right that's not likely to happen.

Maybe one day, you'll get sanity in retail. Trading Laws are a pain in the neck as we could end up getting a hefty fine for breaching them so have to deal with nasty customers when we're booting everyone out the door, but on the whole, they're good.
