Seems I've been getting exaggerated complaints. Every lie has a grain of truth, but why do they have to make shit up?
Last week I let a guest know that breakfast wasn't quite ready but I'd have everything ready by 6, or another half hour from now. They remember it as me saying, "Breakfast ain't ready! Go away!" Furthermore, in their report, I showed too much eagerness to finally be done with my shift.
This other report I posted on recently. Guest asks for a double bed. I get them what I think they wanted. Turns out they wanted 2 beds. Since we were out of rooms with 2 beds, I offered to cancel the room for the guest. Guest cussed me out calling me a fucking idiot. Guest complained to management that I was rude.
