Due to a few SC a new policy came down this week. If a customer calls in wanting to discuss the titles or content of certain PPV movies, we can tell them once that we will not discuss that with customers, if they continue we have management's approval to disconnect the call and note the account as to what the call was about. I can not wait until Mr Perv calls in this week

As far as Mr Perv, he calls in at least once a week and tries to get the female CCRs to read off the names of the adult movies that either are on his bill or her pulls up a adult movie and reads the description to us
