Today was one of those days where every customer I spoke to felt like a trial. This one stood out.
SC: I have all of these paper towels I need to get rid of. I have too many.
Me: Okay...
SC: mumbles about things and mentions fire hazard and something about the store not taking them back
Me: Well ma'am you can always give them to family and friends if you have too many.
SC: Not At One Dollar Each I Can't!
Me: Well the only other thing I can suggest is return them to the store.
SC: I can't do that. More mumbling about the paper towels
Me: I'm sorry but aside from using them, that's all I can...
<click> she hung up
I know she wanted money back for them. But that isn't something I'm going to do just because you need to get rid of them.

He is my Black Dragon (and yes, a good one) strong, protective, the guardian. I am his Silver Dragon, always by his side, shining for him, cherishing him.
